After a lot of experimenting, I came up with a GREAT smoothie recipe. SO NOURISHING. And tasty too! This smoothie is my go-to quick breakfast. It has so many nutrients and is so satisfying it keeps me energized all day. And when I want to shake things up a bit, I just choose one of the optional add-ins and trick myself into thinking I’m having a different smoothie every day and still get all the incredible nutrients and detoxifying benefits from this recipe anyway.

Good For You Smoothie

This is the ultimate green smoothie. Filling, healthy, energizing and so delicious. Boost your nutrient intake with this great addition to your mornings!
Servings 1


  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

OPTIONAL ADD-INS (choose just one)

  • ½ small frozen banana
  • cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup cucumber


  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy!
