Herby Pea Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup peas, I used cooked frozen peas (please don't use canned, they have a sad color and don't taste as good)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp lemon zest, tightly packed
  • ½ tsp sea salt, or more to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground coriander

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Grab some crackers or a slice of bread and enjoy!
